Kursk Station is the Moscow terminal for trains to/from central Russia (Kursk and Nizhny Novgorod), eastern Ukraine (Donetsk and Kharkiv), and some Sapsan high-speed services from St. Petersburg. It is about 15 km from the Volynskoe Congress Park Hotel.
By taxi
The drive to the Volynskoe Congress Park Hotel from the station will take around 30 minutes in reasonable traffic or much more at peak times. Taxis should cost $30-40, or to save yourself the trouble of finding a cab, you can book a transfer with driver to meet your train here.
By metro
To use the public transport system, take the dark-blue line from Kurskaya Metro Station and travel west seven stops to Slavyanskiy Bulvar. If you arrive in the evening, you can catch one of the hotel's complimentary minibuses (6pm, 6.30pm, and 7pm). Otherwise, there is a minibus service to MESI – the Moscow University of Economics, Statistics, and Information Technology – about 200m from the Volynskoe Congress Park.
