How do I get from the hotel to the Bolshoi Theater?

As the start times of evening performances at the Bolshoi Theater normally coincide with the worst rush hour traffic, the best way to reach the theater is normally by metro. From VDNKh Station, 250 m from the Zolotoy Kolos Hotel, travel south on the orange line five stops to Turgenevskaya. Change there to the red line and continue two stops to Okhotny Ryad, which is less than five minutes' walk from the Bolshoi.
