Crocus Expo, Moscow's largest exhibition and event centre, is located in the far north-west of the city, just beyond the Moscow Ring Road. The choice of hotels in the immediate vicinity of Crocus Expo is far from extensive, so guests may prefer to choose a hotel nearer the downtown with fast metro access to the expo centre – Myakinino Metro Station is located right next to Crocus Expo.

Located on the grounds of Crocus Expo and just two minutes' walk from Myakinino Metro Station, the Aquarium Hotel was opened in 2008 specifically to accommodate expo delegates. Convenience is the main selling point of the hotel, which more-or-less maintains international 3-star standards and has reasonably stylish interiors, but has definitely scrimped on the quality of furnishings. Business support services are well provided, and there are numerous dining options nearby in the large Crocus City Mall. »»»

If you're willing to use the metro to get to Crocus Expo, then the 30-minute ride to/from Smolenskaya gives you access to a much greater range of hotels. The Golden Ring, located opposite Smolenskaya Metro Station, is among the best-value deluxe hotels in Moscow, somewhat lacking in character but comfortably fitted and very well equipped, with full five-star leisure and business facilities. It also enjoys a great central location at the western end of historic Ulitsa Arbat, a short metro ride from Red Square and the Kremlin. »»»

Nearest metro: Tushinskaya
This standard hotel on the grounds of the Mitino Radiomarket, around two kilometers from Crocus Expo, is inexpensive, reasonably well equipped with business and leisure facilities, and provides clean, air-conditioned accommodation. The staff also work hard to welcome foreign guests. However, while Russians generally give the hotel good reviews, foreigners tend to find the hotel and the area around a little depressing. It is also a major disadvantage that there is no metro station within walking distance. »»»
Nearest metro: Kievskaya
The trip by metro to Crocus Expo from Kiev Railway Station is exactly 30 minutes, so the Radisson Slavyanskaya, located a few steps from the station, is also a reasonable option for expo delegates. Opened in 1991 as Moscow's first western luxury hotel, the Slavyanskaya has slipped a little since its heyday and now positions itself as a four-star business hotel. In this role it is more than satisfactory, with slightly dated interiors made up for excellent conferencing and leisure facilities, including 25-meter indoor pool and a wide range of quality dining options. »»»
